丹红注射液治疗慢性肺源性心脏病临床研究

目的:观察丹红注射液治疗慢性肺源性心脏病(简称肺心病)的临床疗效及其对患者血液流变学的影响。方法:选择2013年1月-2014年1月在本院就诊的肺心病患者80例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组40例。两组患者均给予常规对症治疗,治疗组另给予丹红注射液治疗。结果:治疗组有效率90.0%,对照组有效率67.5%,治疗组优于对照组(P0.05);治疗组治疗后全血低切黏度、全血高切黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞压积、纤维蛋白原水平优于对照组(P0.05);治疗组治疗后血气分析指标均优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:丹红注射液治疗慢性肺源性心脏病疗效显著,能改善患者血液高凝状态。

The Clinical Research into Chronic Pulmonary Heart Disease Treated with Danhong Injection

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Danhong Injection on chronic pulmonary heart disease and its influence the patients' blood rheology.Methods:Eighty patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease who were treated in our hospital between Jan.2013 and Jan.2014 were chosen as the research subjects,and divided into the control group and the treatment group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Results:The effective rate of the treatment group 90％,while that of the control group was 67.5％,and the treatment group was better than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).After the treatment,the whole blood low shear viscosity,the whole blood high viscosity,plasma viscosity,hematocrit and fibrinogen levels of the treatment group were all better than those of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).After the treatment,its blood-qi analysis indexes were all better than those of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Danhong Injection has a remarkable clinical curative effect on chronic pulmonary heart disease,can improve the hypercoagulable state of patients.
