复方白及口腔溃疡洗剂的制备

目的:观察白及提取物制备复方白及口腔溃疡洗剂的工艺,并进行性能测试。方法:以高度提纯的白及葡甘聚糖和CMC-Na为溶质,一定浓度的乙醇为溶剂,制成复方白及口腔溃疡洗剂。结果:当乙醇浓度为60%~65%时,白及多糖的溶解完全,效果最好。当乙醇浓度65%时,有絮状物析出,即为固态白及多糖粉末不溶于高浓度乙醇,析出为絮状物。当白及的量为1.5 g,CMC-Na的量为0.2 g,溶剂乙醇的量为20 m L时,较为适宜,此时胶液黏度适中,粘贴时间较长,成膜情况很好,厚度适中,较均匀。结论:以白及提纯多糖和CMC-Na为溶质,一定浓度的乙醇为溶剂,按照一定的顺序充分混合,得到复方白及口腔溃疡洗剂,将洗剂涂于口腔黏膜患处,乙醇挥发后,在口腔创面迅速形成一层保护膜,具有祛腐生肌、消炎止痛的功效,缓释效果明显,能改善口腔溃疡的临床症状,促进溃疡的愈合。

Objective:To observe the preparation of oral ulcer lotion with Rhizoma Bletillae extract and to test its performance.Methods:The oral ulcer lotion was prepared with highly purified Rhizoma Bletillae glucomannan and CMC-Na as solutes and ethanol with a certain concentration as solvent.Results:When the concentration of ethanol was 60％-65％,the dissolution of Rhizoma Bletillae polysaccharide was the best.When the concentration of ethanol was over 65％,the floc is precipitated,that was,the solid state Rhizoma Bletillae polysaccharide powder was insoluble in high concentration ethanol,and was precipitated into floc.When the amount of Rhizoma Bletillae was 1.5 g,the amount of CMC-Na was 0.2 g,the amount of solvent ethanol was 20 mL,the condition was more suitable.At this time,the viscosity of the gum was moderate,and the adhesive time was longer.The film formation was very good,the thickness was moderate,and the uniformity was even.Conclusion:Using Rhizoma Bletillae purified polysaccharide and CMC-Na as solute,ethanol as solvent,according to the order of mixing,Rhizoma Bletillae lotion can be prepared Applying the loction to the oral mucosa lesion until evaporation of ethanol,a layer of protective film will quickly form in the oral cavity wound,which can remove necrotic tissue and promote granulationrelieve inflammation and relieve pain,has obvious sustained-release effect,can improve the clinical symptoms of oral ulcer,and help to heal ulcers.
