温中降逆汤联合马来酸曲美布汀治疗胃食管反流病25例

目的:观察温中降逆汤联合马来酸曲美布汀治疗胃食管反流病的临床疗效。方法:选择2013年6月—2014年6月本院诊治的胃食管反流病患者50例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组25例。对照组给予马来酸曲美布汀治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上采用温中降逆汤治疗。结果:观察组有效率96.0%,对照组有效率72.0%,观察组优于对照组(P0.05);观察组治疗后肝胃郁热证评分、食管黏膜内镜评分、RDQ量表评分优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:温中降逆汤联合马来酸曲美布汀治疗胃食管反流病疗效显著。

Twenty-Five Cases with Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease Treated with Center-Warming and Adverse-Flow-Descending Decoction Combined with Trimebutine Maleate Tablets

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Center-Warming and Adverse-Flow-Descending Decoction combined with Trimebutine Maleate Tablets on gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD).Methods:Totally 50 patients with GERD treated between June 2013 and June 2014 were randomized into control group and observation group,25 cases in each group.Control group were given Trimebutine Maleate Tablets while observation group were added with Center-Warming and Adverse-Flow-Descending Decoction.Resultss:The effective rate was 96.0％ in observation group and 72.0％ in control group;observation group were superior to control group(P ＜ 0.05).Score of syndrome of liver and stomach depressive heat,endoscopy score of esophageal mucosa and RDQ scale score in observation group were superior to those in control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Center-Warming and Adverse-Flow-Descending Decoction combined with Trimebutine Maleate Tablets has significant effects on GERD.
