中西医结合对小儿厌食症患者血清β-EP、Leptin水平的影响

目的:观察中西医结合治疗小儿厌食症脾胃气虚证的临床疗效及其对患者血清中β-内啡肽(β-endorphin,β-EP)和瘦素(Leptin)水平的影响。方法:将96例厌食症患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各48例。对照组口服多酶片,治疗组在对照组基础上加服健脾消食汤。观察两组患儿的临床疗效,比较两组患儿治疗前后体质量、体质量指数(BMI)及中医症状评分变化情况。检测两组患儿血清中β-EP和Leptin水平。结果:对照组有效率为83.33%,治疗组有效率为97.92%,两组患儿临床疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。两组患儿治疗后体质量和BMI显著高于治疗前,且治疗组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。两组患儿治疗后中医症状评分明显低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。两组患儿治疗后血清中β-EP水平显著高于治疗前,Leptin水平明显低于治疗前,且治疗组改善程度优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗小儿厌食症脾胃气虚证疗效明显,可明显改善患者的临床症状,可降低血清中β-EP及Leptin水平。

Influence of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine on the Levels of β-EP and Leptin in Pedicatric Anorexia

Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of integrated Chinese and western medicine on pediatric anorexia due to qi deficiency of the spleen and stomach and its influence on the levels of Beta-endorphin (β-EP) and Leptin.Methods:Totally 96 children with anorexia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,48 cases in each group.All cases of control group received Polyzyme Tablets while treatment group were additionally given with Spleen-Strengthening and Digestion-Promoting Decoction.The clinical effects of both groups were observed.The body mass,BMI and changes of TCM symptom scores between the two groups were compared.The levels of β-EP and Leptin were detected in two groups.Results:The effective rate was 83.33％ in control group and 97.92％ in treatment group;the difference had statistical significance (P ＜ 0.05).The TCM symptom scores in both groups declined after treatment,and treatment group were lower than control group (P ＜ 0.05).The level of β-EP increased while that of Leptin decreased after treatment.The improvement in treatment group was superior to that in control group;the difference had statistical significance (P＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Integrated Chinese and western medicine has significant therapeutic effects on pediatric anorexia due to qi deficiency of the spleen and stomach,which can improvethe clinical symptoms and lower the Revels of β-EP and Leptin in the serum.
