参麦四逆汤联用贝那普利和螺内酯对慢性心力衰竭患者LVEF及生存结局的影响

目的:观察参麦四逆汤对慢性心力衰竭患者左室射血分数(left ventricular ejection fraction,LVEF)及生存结局的影响。方法:将符合准入条件的慢性心力衰竭80例门诊患者编号,放置到随机数字生成器Random Maker系统随机抽取治疗组50例,对照组30例。两组原基础疾病的治疗方案不改变,对照组用贝那普利和螺内酯治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上应用参麦四逆汤治疗。1年后观察两组患者的LVEF、年均住院次数、1年内的生存结局(存活数量和死亡数量)。结果:治疗组与对照组比较,在提高LVEF、降低年均住院次数、改善生存结局方面优于对照组(P0.05)。不良反应心律失常发生率治疗组低于对照组(P0.05),其余各项不良反应均无明显差异(P0.05)。结论:参麦四逆汤在改善慢性心力衰竭患者心功能同时,降低了年均住院次数,同时改善了生存结局(降低死亡率),降低心律失常发生率。

Influence of Shenmai Sini Decoction Combined with Benazepril and Spironolactone on LVEF and Survival Outcome in Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

Objective:To observe the influence of Shenmai Sini Decoction on left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and survival outcome in patients with chronic heart failure (CHF).Methods:Totally 80 clinic patients accorded with the criteria were numbered,placed to the random number generator with RandomMaker system and randomly selected 50 cases as treatment group and 30 cases as control group.The therapeutic schedules of the primary basic diseases in both groups didn t change;control group were treated with Benazepril and Spironolactone while treatment group were added with Shenmai Sini Decoction.After one year the LVEF,average hospitalization times and survival outcomes (the number of survival and the number of death)within one year were observed.Results:The improvements in the LVEF,average hospitalization times and survival outcomes in treatment group were superior to those in control group (P ＜0.05).The occurrence rate of adverse reactions of arrhythmia in treatment group was lower than that in control group (P ＜ 0.05),and the other adverse reactions had no obvious differences (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion:During the improvement of the heart function in CHF patients,Shenmai Sini Decoction can also decrease the average hospitalization times and enhance the survival outcome (decreasing the death rate) and lower the occurrence rate of arrhythmia.
