| 摘 要： | 目的:观察针灸联合血府逐瘀汤治疗中风后偏瘫的临床效果。方法:参与研究的56例病例患者均为本院2012年2月—2014年6月收治的中风患者,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组28例。对照组患者给予针灸治疗,治疗组患者给予针灸联合血府逐瘀汤治疗,7 d为1个疗程,连续2个疗程。结果:治疗组有效率85.71%,对照组有效率60.71%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05);治疗组治疗后Oswestry功能障碍指数、Barthel指数优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:针灸联合血府逐瘀汤治疗中风后偏瘫具有显著效果。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the clinical effects of acupuncture combined with Blood Stasis Expelling Decoction on post-stroke hemiplegia.Methods:Totally 56 patients with stroke treated in this hospital between February 2012 and June 2014 were randomized into treatment group and control group,28 cases in each group.Control group were given acupuncture treatment while treatment grop were added with Blood Stasis Expelling Decoction,7d as a treatment course and for 2 consecutive treatment course.Results:The effective rate was 85.71％ in treatment group and 60.71％ in control group;treatment group were superior to control group(P ＜ 0.05).The indicators of Oswestry dysfunction and Barthel in treatment group were superior to those in control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with Blood Stasis Expelling Decoction has significant therapeutic effects on poststroke hemiplegia. |
