金水宝胶囊对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者免疫功能和肺功能的影响

目的:探讨金水宝胶囊对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者免疫功能和肺功能的影响。方法:将96例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各48例。对照组给予西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用金水宝胶囊,连续治疗6个月,比较两组患者免疫功能超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)及免疫球蛋白A(Immunoglobulin A,Ig A)]和肺功能一秒用力呼气容积(Forced expiratory volume in one second,FEV1)、FEV1/用力肺活量(Forced vital capacity,FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积占预计值百分比(FEV1%pred)]的变化情况。结果:治疗后两组患者FEV1、FEV1/FVC及FEV1%pred均显著升高,且治疗组升高更明显,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗组患者治疗后血清中SOD水平显著升高,TNF-α水平显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P0.05),免疫球蛋白Ig A水平显著增高,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。两组患者咳嗽、喘息、气短、胸闷等临床症状体征评分均显著下降,治疗组下降更为明显,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:金水宝胶囊可显著改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能,提高免疫功能,改善患者临床症状和体征。

The Influence of Jinshuibao Capsules on Immune Function and Lung Function in Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Objective:To explore the influence of Jinshuibao Capsules on immune function and lung function in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:Ninety-six patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 48 cases in each group.The ones in the control group were given routine Western medicine treatment,while the ones in the treatment group were added Jinshuibao Capsules based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for 6 months continuously.Then the changes of the two groups' immune function and pulmonary function forced expiratory volume in one second (FEV1),forced vital capacity (FVC),and FEV1 ％ pred were compared.Results:After the treatment,the two groups' FEV1,FEV1/FVC and FEV1％ pred were all significantly increased,and the treatment group increased more significantly;all the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).After the treatment,the serum levels of SOD increased significantly in treatment group,and its TNF-level decreased significantly,and all the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Its immunoglobulin IgA level was significantly increased,compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P ＜ 0.05).The two groups' cough,wheezing,shortness of breath,chest fullness and other clinical symptom and sign scores were significantly decreased (P ＜ 0.05);The treatment group decreased more significantly;All the differences were statistically significant(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Jinshuibao capsules can significantly improve lung function,immune function,clinical symptoms and signs of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
