桂枝加厚朴杏仁汤联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿感冒咳嗽60例

目的:观察桂枝加厚朴杏仁汤联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿感冒咳嗽的临床疗效。方法:选取2012年2月—2013年12月本院治疗的感冒咳嗽患儿120例,随机分为观察组和对照组各60例。两组患者均给予补液、吸氧、化痰平喘等常规对症治疗,对照组另给予阿奇霉素治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予桂枝加厚朴杏仁汤治疗。结果:观察组有效率93.34%,对照组有效率75.00%,观察组优于对照组(P0.05);观察组治疗后日间咳嗽症状评分、夜间咳嗽症状评分、总分均优于对照组(P0.05);观察组治疗后OKT3、OKT4、OKT8优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:桂枝加厚朴杏仁汤联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿感冒咳嗽临床疗效显著。

Sixty Cases with Cough Due to Infantile Common Cold Treated with Cinnamon Twig Plus Officinal Magnolia Bark and Apricot Kernel Decoction Combined with Azithromycin

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Cinnamon Twig Plus Officinal Magnolia Bark and Apricot Kernel Decoction combined with Azithromycin on cough due to infantile common cold.Methods:Totally 120 infants with common cold and cough treated between February 2012 and December 2013 were randomized into observation group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.Both groups were given conventional symptomatic treatment of fluid infusion,oxygen uptaking and phlegm resolving and asthma soothing.Control group were added with Azithromycin,treatment group were added with Cinnamon Twig Plus Officinal Magnolia Bark and Apricot Kernel Decoction combined with Azithromycin.Results:The effective rate was 93.34％ in observation group and 75.00％ in control group;observation group were better than control group(P ＜ 0.05).The scores of daytime cough and nocturnal cough and score of total cough in observation group were better than these in control group(P ＜ 0.05).The levels of OKT3,OKT4 and OKT8 in observation group were better than these in control group(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Cinnamon Twig Plus Officinal Magnolia Bark and Apricot Kernel Decoction combined with Azithromycin has therapeutic effects on cough due to infantile common cold.
