耳穴压豆合补益肝肾解郁方治疗中风后抑郁40例

目的:观察耳穴压豆合补益肝肾解郁方治疗中风后抑郁肝肾阴虚证的临床疗效。方法:将80例中风后抑郁患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各40例,对照组40例,服用西酞普兰(喜太乐)治疗,治疗组采用耳穴压豆合补益肝肾解郁方治疗,两组均连续治疗4周,观察治疗前后抑郁评分、神经功能缺损评分变化。结果:对照组有效率为77.5%,治疗组有效率为90.0%,两组有效率比较,差异有显著性(P0.05);两组患者治疗后抑郁评分、神经功能缺损评分均较治疗前显著改善(P0.05),且组间比较差异显著(P0.05)。结论:耳穴压豆合补益肝肾解郁方治疗中风后抑郁疗效显著。

Post-Stroke Depression Treated by Auricular Points Pressing with Seeds Combined with the Method of Tonifying Liver and Kidney and Dispersing Depression

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of auricular points pressing with seeds combined with the method of tonifying liver and kidney and dispersing depression on post-stroke depression of liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome.Methods:Totally 80 patients were randomized into control group and treatment group,40 cases in each group.Control group were given Citalopram orally while treatment group were performed auricular points pressing with seeds combined with the method of tonifying liver and kidney and dispersing depression,with continuous treatment of 4 weeks for both groups.The changes of depression scores and neurologic impairment scores after treatment were observed.Results:The effective rate was 77.5％ in control group and 90.0％ in treatment group;the difference had statistical significance (P ＜ 0.05).The scores of depression and neurologic impairment improved significantly after treatment (P ＜ 0.05),and the difference was significant between two groups (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Auricular points pressing with seeds combined with the method of tonifying liver and kidney and dispersing depression has significant therapeutic effects on post-stroke depression of liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome.
