鲜药、干药四生丸汤液促凝药效研究及成分对比

目的:研究鲜药及干药所制四生丸汤药药效和成分差别。方法:鲜药、干药四生丸汤药大鼠灌胃,采用手工法测定比较大鼠的凝血时间;采用HPLC-MS分析对比鲜药、干药四生丸汤药的成分区别。结果:APTT时间,与空白组比较,四生丸鲜药组与干药组明显缩短(P0.05),鲜药组比干药组明显缩短(P0.01);鲜药、干药四生丸汤药样品离子流图大致趋势、峰值相似,但仍有不少区别之处,2D、3D图都有不同之处。结论:无论鲜药还是干药四生丸汤药都有促凝血功能,而鲜药的功效优于干药;四生丸干药和鲜药所制汤药的成分有一定差异。

Research on the Coagulating Effects and Composition Comparison of Fresh-Drug Sisheng Pill Decotion and Dry-Drug Sisheng Pill Decoction

Objective:To study the effects and composition differences between fresh-drug Sisheng Pill Decoction and dry-drug Sisheng Pill Decoction.Methods:Rats were given intragastric administration of fresh-drug Sisheng Pill Decoction and dry-drug Sisheng Pill Decoction.The blood coagulation time of the rats were determined by manual method.The composition differences between fresh-drug Sisheng Pill Decoction and dry-drug Sisheng Pill Decoction were analyzed by HPLC-MS.Results:Compared with blank group,the APTT time in fresh-drug Sisheng Pill Decoction and dry-drug Sisheng Pill Decoction shortened obviously (P ＜ 0.05) and the shortening of fresh-drug Sisheng Pill Decoction was greater than that in dry-drug Sisheng Pill Decoction (P ＜ 0.01).The general tendency and peak value between the fresh-drug Sisheng Pill Decoction and dry-drug Sisheng Pill Decoction were similar but had several differences.There were differences of 2D and 3D graphs between the two groups.Conclusion:Both fresh-drug Sisheng Pill Decoction and dry-drug Sisheng Pill Decoction have coagulation function,and the function of fresh-drug Sisheng Pill Decoction is superior to that of dry-drug Sisheng Pill Decoction.There are certain differences of the compositions between fresh-drug Sisheng Pill Decoction and dry-drug Sisheng Pill Decoction.
