摘    要:中医类的动物模型从无到有,从单纯因素刺激到多因素刺激,从个体上升到基因研究,从不可重复的模型到重复率较高的模型,结果表明中医因素与现代物理化学方法相结合所造的动物模型无疑是未来发展探索的主流。中医类的动物模型应以中医基础理论为根本,继承传统中医经典理论是发展中医的基础与关键,在继承的同时,也应充分吸收现代科技成果,创新思维,运用多学科交叉等更多科学的方法及手段开展研究,可使中医理论得到不断地充实与完善。所以在造模的同时,面临各种挑战:1证的不客观性,故积极探索中医领域中人类未发觉或是容易忽略的异常指标是很有必要的。2证的兼证很多,故要探索如何排除干扰,做针对性更强的动物模型。3少见考虑用内因,不内外因等中医因素作用于动物模型的制作上并且缺乏稳定、可靠、可重复的病证结合的动物模型。

Abstract:The animal models of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) develop from nothing,from single stimulus to multiple-factor stimulation,from individual research to genetic research,from the non-repeatable model to model of high repetition rate.The results indicate that the animal model created by the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and modern physicochemical methods is undoubtedly the mainstream of future development.The animal model of TCM should be based on the basic theory of TCM,and the inheritance of the classical theory of TCM is the basis and kev to the development of TCM.During inheriting,modern scientific and technological achievements should also be fully absorbed,and innovative thinking,multidisciplinary methods and more scientific and research means should be applied to constantly enrich and improve the theory of TCM.Therefore,various challenges are confronted during modeling:For the non-objectivity of the syndromes,it is necessary to actively explore the abnormal indicators that human beings are not aware of or easily overlooked in TCM field.2.For multiple complicated syndromes,it is necessary to explore how to eliminate interference and establish more targeted animal models.3.It lacks consideration of the application of TCM factors like internal causes,external causes and neither internal nor external causes to the establishment of animal models,and lacks stable,reliable and repeatable animal model of the combination disease and syndrome.
