丹川注射液对心力衰竭患者LVEF、BNP的影响

目的:观察丹川注射液治疗心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法:选取本院2013年1月—2014年1月收治的心力衰竭患者160例,随机分为对照组和观察组各80例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用丹川注射液治疗,两组患者均治疗2周,观察两组患者临床疗效。结果:观察组有效率为90.00%,对照组有效率为77.5%,两组有效率比较,差异具有显著性意义(P0.05)。两组患者治疗后LVEF水平、BNP水平与治疗前比较,均有明显改善,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:丹川注射液可明显改善心力衰竭患者临床症状及心功能。

Influence of Danchuan Injection on the Levels of LVEF and BNP in Patients with Heart Failure

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Danchuan Injection on the LVEF and BNP in patients with heart failure.Methods:Totally 160 patients with heart failure treated in this hospital between January 2013 and January 2014 were randomized into control group and observation group,with 80 cases in each group.Control group were given conventional treatment while observation group were added with Danchuan Injection.After 2 weeks of treatment for both groups,the clinical effects were observed.Results:The effective was 90.00％ in observation group and 77.5％ in control group;the difference had statistical significance (P ＜ 0.05).Before the treatment,the levels of LVEF in the two groups were (37.77 ± 9.23) and (38.56 ± 1 0.37) respectively and the levels of BNP in the two groups were(513.77 ± 103.23) and(509.56 ±-101.37) respectively;the differences had no statistical significance(P ＞0.05).After the treatment,the levels of LVEF in the two groups were(49.96-± 10.33) and (55.68-11.32) respectively and the levels of BNP in the two groups were(446.96 ± 104.33) and(378.68 ± 106.32) respectively;the differences had statistical significance(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Danchuan Injection can significantly inprove the clinical symptoms of heart failure and heart function,which has good therapeutic effects.
