中医体质学说研究进展

中医学一直以"人"为研究对象,自然非常重视体质现象的研究。综观中医体质学说近10 a的研究状况,传统与现代相辅相成,宏观与微观紧密结合,各种研究成果已广泛地应用于医学实践并取得了一定成效。但在研究中尚存在一些问题:1中医体质分型标准百家争鸣,虽有中医体质量表及《中医体质分类与判定》标准,但量化的指标不明确,可能会造成主观上的偏差;2研究手段相对单一,未有更深入的认识,应当在研究深度和广度上进一步拓宽;3实验研究大多滞留在理论验证阶段,实用性较小,如何与临床辨体诊治良好的交接还需进一步研究探讨。

Research Progress of TCM Constitution Theory

Chinese medicine often takes "human" as the research objectand naturally pays great attention to the research of constitution.According to the researches on constitution in recent one decade,traditional and modern researches supplement each other,and macroscopic and microscopic researches are interrelated closely.Various research results have been widely applied to medical practice and achieved certain good effects.However,there are still some problems in the research:1.The criteria for syndrome differentiation are various.Even though there are TCM constitution scale and Categories and Identifications of TCM Constitutions,the indicators of quantization are not clear,which may result in deviation subjectively;2.The research means is relatively simple,and it lacks deep recognition,which needs further and deeper research;3.Most experimental research stay at the stage of theoretical verification,which is of little practicability.How to connect well with clinical constitution differentiation,diagnosis and treatment requires further exploration.
