解惑法针刺治疗脑卒中痉挛状态80例

目的:观察解惑法针刺治疗脑卒中痉挛状态的临床疗效。方法:将脑卒中痉挛状态患者160例随机分为对照组和治疗组各80例,对照组采用康复训练治疗,治疗组采用解惑法针刺,即患肢主动肌穴位用泻法,拮抗肌穴位用补法,并结合康复训练,两组疗程均为4周。观察两组患者治疗后痉挛程度、肢体运动功能和日常生活活动能力的改善情况。结果:两组患者治疗后痉挛程度、肢体运动功能和日常生活活动能力均有所改善(P均0.05),且治疗组改善程度明显优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:解惑法针刺能够明显改善脑卒中患者的痉挛程度,且临床使用安全。

Eighty Cases with Spasticity of Cerebral Apoplexy Treated by Confusion-Clearing Method of Acupuncture

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of confusion-clearing method of acupuncture on spasticity of cerebral apoplexy.Methods:Totally 160 patients with spasticity of cerebral apoplexy were randomized into control group and treatment group,with 80 cases in each group.Control group performed rehabilitation training while treatment group were given treatment of confusion-clearing method of acupuncture.The acupoints of the agonistic muscle of the affected leg were punctured by the method of purging;the acupoints of antagnostic muscle were punctured by the method of tonifying combined with rehabilitation training,4 weeks as a treatment course for both groups.The improvement of spasm degree,moto function of the limbs and activities of daily living in both groups were observed.Results:The spasm degree moto function of the limbs and activities of daily living in both groups got improved (P ＜ 0.05),and the improvement in treatment group was superior to that in control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Confusion-clearing method of acupuncture can significantly improve spasticity of cerebral apoplexy,and it is safe and without toxic or side effects in clinic.
