健脾化痰方联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂治疗儿童腺样体肥大30例

目的:观察健脾化痰方联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂治疗儿童腺样体肥大的临床疗效。方法:将90例腺样体肥大患儿随机分为中药组、西药组和综合组,每组各30例。中药组给予健脾化痰方口服,西药组使用糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂喷鼻,综合组给予健脾化痰方口服联用糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂进行治疗。观察三组患儿治疗前后患儿腺样体鼻咽腔比例(A/N),并采用OSA-18生活质量评分对三组患者治疗前后生活质量进行评价。结果:三组患者治疗后A/N均低于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后,综合组患儿的A/N较中药组及西药组有显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。三组患儿治疗后睡眠障碍评分、身体状态评分较治疗前下降,且综合组与低于中药组和西药组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。三组患儿在情绪状态评分及白天影响方面治疗前后比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:健脾化痰方联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂治疗儿童腺样体肥大的临床效果显著,可以有效降低A/N,提高患儿的生活质量。

Thirty Cases of Adenoid Hypertrophy in Children Treated with Spleen-Invigorating and Phlegm-Reducing Decoction in Combination with Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Spleen-Invigorating and Phlegm-Reducing Decoction in combination with Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray on adenoid hypertrophy in children.Methods:Ninety children with adenoidal hypertrophy were randomly divided into Chinese medicine group,Western medicine group and comprehensive group,with 30 cases in each group.The ones in Chinese medicine group were treated with Spleen-Invigorating and Phlegm-Reducing Decoction,while the ones in Western medicine group were treated with Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray,and the ones in comprehensive group were treated with Spleen-Invigorating and Phlegm-Reducing Decoction in combination with Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray.The proportion of adenoids to nasopharynx (A/N) in the children of three groups before and after the treatment was observed,and their quality of life (QOL) was evaluated respectively before and after treatment with OSA-18 quality of life score.Results:Each A/N of the three groups was lower than that before the treatment,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).After the treatment,the A/N in comprehensive group was significantly improved compared with Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).After the treatment,the scores of sleep disorders and physical status of the three groups decreased than before the treatment;the comprehensive group was lower than Chinese medicine group and the Western medicine group,and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ O.05).There was no significant difference between the three groups in emotional status score and day effect before and after the treatment (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion:Spleen-Invigorating and Phlegm-Reducing Decoction in combination with Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray has a remarkable clinical curative effect on adenoid hypertrophy in children,can effectively reduce A/N,and improve the quality of life of diseased children.
