穴位贴敷联合埋线治疗膝骨性关节炎疗效观察

目的:观察穴位贴敷联合埋线治疗膝骨性关节炎(Knee Osteoarthritis,KOA)的临床疗效。方法:选取2011年1月—2013年3月鹿寨县中医院骨科门诊或住院治疗的KOA患者80例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组各40例。治疗组给予穴位贴敷联合埋线治疗,对照组给予痛点封闭治疗。结果:治疗组治疗后6个月JOA评分优于对照组(P0.01);治疗组治疗后、治疗后3个月有效率优于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P0.05);治疗组治疗后6个月有效率优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:穴位贴敷联合埋线治疗膝骨性关节炎疗效显著。

Observation of the Therapeutic Effects of Acupoint Application Therapy Combined with Catgut Embedding Therapy on Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of acupoint application therapy combined with catgut embedding therapy on knee osteoarthritis (KOA).Methods:Totally 80 patient with KOA treated in the Department of Orthopedics of Luzhai County Hospital of Chinese Medicine between January 2011 and March 2013 were randomized into control group and treatment group,40 cases in each group.Treatment group were given acupoint application therapy combined with catgut embedding therapy and control group were treated with blocking therapy of the pain spot.Results:The score of JOA in treatment group was superior to that in control group after 6 months of treatment (P ＜0.01).After the treatment and 3 months of treatment,the effective rate of treatment was superior to that of control group,but the difference had no statistical significance (P ＞ 0.05).The effective rate in treatment group after 6 months of treatment was superior to that in control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint application therapy combined with catgut embedding therapy has significant therapeutic effects on KOA.
