李小娟基于“靶向辨证”治疗痤疮经验

李小娟教授基于传统辨证理论提出"靶向辨证",其特点是在对疾病生理基础、病理反应的充分认知、分析后,不拘于何种辨证方法,以疾病病位为靶、病性为向,用药直抵病所,力专效宏。痤疮好发于头面,由热毒始动,痰瘀互结为主要病机,恰符合靶向辨证注重病位、病性的特点。李小娟教授以"靶向辨证"为指导思想治疗痤疮,认为心主血脉,其华在面;肺外合皮毛,宣卫气津液于皮表;大肠与肺相表里,为泻浊之所;阳明经荣于面。心、肺、大肠、阳明经为痤疮之靶。病变过程中郁热为病变起始,病变过程中气血津液运行不畅,化痰生瘀,热毒炽盛,痰瘀互结为痤疮之向。临证上依靶用药,针对其生理之所,病变之向,辨证处方,取得了良好的治疗效果。

Li Xiaojuan's Experience of Treating Acne Based on "Targeted Syndrome Differentiation"

Professor Li Xiaojuan proposes " targeted syndrome differentiation" based on traditional syndrome differentiatinn.It is featured that after full recognition and analysis of the physical basis and pathological reaction,the location of disease is regarded as the target and the nature of disease as the orientation during the treatment of the disease.Acne commonly occurs on the head and face,originated from heat toxicity and intermingling of phlegm and blood stasis,which conforming to the features of the location of disease and the nature of disease.Professor Li takes " targeted syndrome differentiation" as the guiding thought,holds that the heart dominating blood vessels,manifesting on the face;the lung relates to the skin and hair exteriorly,dispersing defensive qi and body fluid to the superficial;the large intestine and the lung are related exteriorly and interiorly,and is the location purging the turbidity;Yangming meridian manifests on the face.The heart,lung,large intestine and Yangming merdian are the targets.During the disease,depressive heat is the origin of the disease.The unsmooth flow of qi,blood and body fluid,phlegm and blood stasis generation,heat toxicity exuberance and intermingling of phlegm and blood stasis are the orientation of acne.Clinically,drug use is based on the targets and orientation of the disease,which is of good therapeutic effects.
