活血通络方加减辨治前部缺血性视神经病变临床研究

目的:观察活血通络方加减辨治前部缺血性视神经病变(anterior ischemic optic neurpathy,AION)的临床疗效。方法:选取2012年3月—2015年3月本院眼科治疗的AION患者82例(96眼),随机分为对照组41例(48眼)和观察组41例(48眼)。对照组给予银杏叶提取物注射液治疗,观察组给予活血通络方加减治疗。结果:观察组有效率为70.08%,对照组有效率为60.42%,观察组优于对照组(P0.05);观察组治疗后视力评分、视野MS优于对照组(P0.05);两组患者治疗后眼动脉、视网膜中央动脉及睫状后动脉的各项指标均优于治疗前(P0.05),两组间比较,无明显差异(P0.05)。结论:活血通络方加减辨治前部缺血性视神经病变临床疗效显著,可显著提高患者的视力、视野平均视敏度,减少视野平均缺损,从而有效的改善患者视力。

The Clinical Research into anterior ischemic optic neurpathy Treated with Modified Huoxue Tongluo Decoction

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Modified Huoxue Tongluo Decoction (MHXTLD) on anterior ischemic optic neurpathy(AION).Methods:Eighty-two patients with AION (96 eyes) who were treated in our hospital's Ophthalmology Department between March 2012 and March 2015 were chosen as the research subjects,and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 41 cases (48 eyes) in each group.The control group was treated with Extract of Ginkgo Biloba Leaves Injection,and the observation group was treated with MHXTLD.Resuhs:The effective rate of the observation group was 70.08％,while that of the control group was 60.42％;And the observation group was better than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).After the treatment,the observation group's visual acuity score and visual field MS were better than those of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).After the treatment,the two groups' ophthalmic artery and central retinal artery and posterior ciliary artery of the indicators were all better than those before the treatment (P ＜ 0.05),and the differences between the two groups had no significant difference (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion:MHXTLD has a remarkable clinical curative effect on anterior ischemic optic neurpathy,can remarkably improve the eyesight,the visual acuity of the visual field,reduce the average defect of the visual field,thereby effectively improving the eyesight of the patients.
