中医特色疗法治疗乳腺增生病100例

目的:观察中医特色疗法磁珠压耳穴联合穴位贴敷治疗乳腺增生病的临床疗效。方法:选取广东省中西医结合医院乳腺专科门诊患者,共200例,随机分为对照组和治疗组各100例,对照组给予中成药乳康片(国药准字Z61021188)口服,每次3片,日2次;治疗组采用磁珠压耳穴联合穴位贴敷治疗,磁珠压耳穴选用乳腺、肝、内分泌、皮质下四个穴位;4 d后自行除去,休息3 d,重复再贴,即7 d贴1次;穴位敷贴,敷贴中药采用吴茱萸、紫苏子、莱菔子、白芥子按照1∶1∶1∶1的配伍,研粉后以醋调匀,贴敷于乳根穴、膻中穴及乳腺触诊疼痛或结块处,于月经干净后开始,每日贴1次,每次贴1 h,连贴5 d,停药2 d后重复治疗。治疗组所有药物月经期停用。两组患者均以1个月经周期为1个疗程,共治疗3个疗程。结果:治疗组有效率为90.0%,对照组有效率为75.0%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);1 a后复发情况:治疗组复发率为22.1%,对照组复发率为41.9%。两组复发率比较有统计学意义(P0.05);对照组不良反应发生率为22.0%,治疗组不良反应发生率为22.0%,两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:中医特色疗法治疗乳腺增生病具有较好的临床疗效,且复发率较低,未出现严重不良反应。

One Hundred Cases of Hyperplasia of Mammary Glands Treated with Therapy with TCM Features

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of magnetic bead pressing ear point therapy in combination with acupoint application on hyperplasia of mammary glands.Methods:Two hundred patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands who were treated in our hospital's department of mammary glands were chosen as the research subjects,and randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 100 cases in each group.The ones in the control group were given Chinese patent medicine Rukang Tablets (RKT,National Drug Certificate Z61021188) for oral administration,3 tablets each time,and twice a day.The ones in the treatment group were treated with magnetic bead pressing ear point in combination with acupoint application.The former therapy chooses the following points:Ruxian (MA),Gan (MA),Neifenmi (MA) and Pizhixia (MA).After 4 days,the magnetic beads were removed.The patients rested for 4 days,then treated with magnetic bead pressing ear point again.That is to say,the therapy was used every 7 days.In terms of acupoint application,Wuzhuyu (Fructus Evodiae),Zisuzi (Fructus Perillae),Laifuzi (Semen Raphani),and Baijiezi (Semen Sinapis) were used according to the compatibility of 1 ∶ 1 ∶ 1 ∶ 1.They were ground into power and then mixed with vinegar,and applied into Rugen (MA)and Tanzhong (MA) and palpation of breast pain or caking,which was done after the menstruation was over,once a day,one hour each day,for 5 days continuously.The above procedure was repeated after the patient stopped taking medicine for 2 days.All medicines in the treatment group were discontinued during menstruation.Both groups regarded one mouth as one course,and they received 3 courses' treatment.Results:The effective rate of the treatment group was 90.0％,while that of the control group was 75.0％;And the difference between them had statistical significance (P ＜0.05).In terms of the recurrence rate after one year:the recurrence rate of the treatment group was 22.1％,and that of the control group was 41.9％.The difference in the two groups was statistically significant (P ＜0.05).The control group's adverse reaction rate was 22.1 ％,while that of the treatment group was 41.9％,and the difference was not statistically significant (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion:Therapy with TCM features has a remarkable clinical curative effect on hyperplasia of mammary glands with low recurrence rate and few serious adverse reaction.
