小柴胡汤合二陈汤治疗女性寻常痤疮60例

目的:观察小柴胡汤合二陈汤加减治疗肝郁脾虚型女性寻常痤疮的临床疗效。方法:将90例患者随机分为治疗组60例和对照组30例。对照组口服丹参酮胶囊,治疗组口服小柴胡汤合二陈汤加减。观察两组患者的临床疗效及复发率,比较两组患者治疗前后GAGS评分情况。结果:对照组有效率为70.00%,治疗组有效率为86.67%,两组患者临床疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。两组患者治疗2周及治疗4周,GAGS评分均较治疗前降低,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05),治疗后组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后随访,治疗组复发率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:小柴胡汤合二陈汤治疗女性寻常痤疮临床疗效显著,可改善患者的临床症状。

Sixty Cases with Female Acne Vulgaris Treated with Minor Bupleurum Decoction Combined with Two Matured Substances Decoction

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Minor Bupleurum Decoction combined with Two Matured Substances Decoction on female acne vulgaris.Methods:Totally 90 patients were randomized into treatment group (60 cases) and control group (30 cases).Control group were orally given Tanshinone Capsules while treatment group were orally given Minor Bupleurum Decoction combined with Two Matured Substances Decoction.The clinical effects and recurrence rates in both groups were observed.The scores of GAGS between the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results:The effective rate was 70.00％ in control group and 86.67％ in treatment group;the difference has statistical significance (P ＜ 0.05).In the 2nd and 4th week of treatment,the scores of GAGS in both groups declined compared with before treatment;the difference has statistical significance (P ＜ 0.05);the difference between two groups had no statistical significance (P ＞ 0.05).In the follow-up after treatment,the recurrence rate in treatment group was lower than that in control group,with statistical difference (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Minor Bupleurum Decoction combined with Two Matured Substances Decoction has significant therapeutic effects on female acne vulgaris,which can improve the clinical effects of the patients.
