消癖汤治疗乳腺增生症120例

目的:观察消癖汤治疗乳腺增生症的临床疗效。方法:选取2013年8月—2015年8月本院门诊治疗的女性乳腺增生症患者120例,所有患者均给予消癖汤治疗。结果:120例患者中,治愈65例,显效19例,有效28例,无效8例,有效率93.33%;患者治疗后乳房肿块直径、乳房疼痛程度、血清激素水平优于治疗前(P0.05)。结论:消癖汤治疗乳腺增生症疗效显著,可有效软化乳房肿块,消除疼痛。

One Hundred and Twenty Cases with Cyclomastopathy Treated with Lump-Eliminating Decoction

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Lump-Eliminating Decoction on cyclomastopathy.Methods:Totally 120 patients with cyclomastopathy treated hetween August 2013 and August 2015 were treated with Lump-Eliminating Decoction.Results:Among the 120 patients,65 cases were cured,19 cases with excellent efficacy,28 cases with efficacy and 8 cases without effects;the effective rate was 93.33％.The breast lump diameter,breast pain degree and level of serum hormone after treatment were superior to these before treatment(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Lump-Eliminating Decoction has significant therapeutic effects on cyclomastopathy,which can effectively soften the breast lump and relieve pain.
