2型糖尿病患者背俞穴反应点临床研究

目的:根据"以痛为腧"的原则和"经穴—脏腑"相关理论,观察穴位的特异性变化,了解现代2型糖尿病患者累及的脏腑。同时,为现代2型糖尿病患者临床治疗提供选穴依据。方法:选取2016年1—6月天津中医药大学保康医院门诊治疗的2型糖尿病患者80例,按就诊的先后顺序进行观察。对80例2型糖尿病患者背俞穴进行触诊,寻找阳性反应点,收集患者的数据进行统计分析。结果:2型糖尿病患者累及脾脏、肾脏和肺脏,并且左右两侧背俞穴反应点基本相同,其中排在前四位出现频次较多的背俞穴是:胃脘下俞、脾俞、肾俞和肺俞,其余俞穴散在出现,出现次较低。结论:2型糖尿病患者主要累及中焦脏腑和胰腺,在中医临床中应重视调理中焦和保护胰腺。

Clinical Research on Back Shu Reaction Points of Patients with Type 2 Diabetes

Objective:Based on the principle of "taking pain area as the shu" and relevant theory of "acupoints-viscera",the specific changes of the acupoints were observed and the affected viscera of the patients with type2 diabetes were studied,and acupoint selected evidences are to provided for the clinical treatment of modem type 2 diabetes.Methods:Totally 80 patients with type2 diabetes treated in this hospital between January 2016 and June 2016 were observed according to the doctor's office visiting order.Touching diagnosis was performed on the backsShu acupoints of patients with type 2 diabetes,the reaction points were searched and relevant data were analyzed.Results:The affected viscera included spleen,kidney and lung.The back shu reaction points of the left and the right side were similar.The first four acupoints of high frequency included stomach lower shu,spleen shu,kidney shu and lung shu.The rest shu acupoints were scattered and of low frequency.Conclusion:The affected viscera in patients with type2 diabetes include the viscera of the middle energizer and pancreas.In clinical practice,attention should be attached to the re gulation of the middle energizer and the protection of the pancreas.
