《黄帝内经》针刺用神浅论

《黄帝内经》要求医者在针刺时"守神",要有极高的专注力,做好针刺前的解释安抚工作,诊察患者精神状态以及详细问诊病史对于疾病性质及预后的判断有重要意义。针对经络气血虚实的情况,通过不同针刺的手法调理,从而达到"神气乃平"的状态。《黄帝内经》中针刺用神的理论贯穿于针灸医生诊治患者的整个过程,这就要求针灸科医生做到安患者之神以求患者配合,察患者之神以便明晰病情,守医者之神以至神情专注,并通过调患者之气以达调神之目的。
