补肾强督方对强直性脊柱炎骨代谢的调节作用

目的:观察补肾强督方对强直性脊柱炎(Ankylosing spondylitis,AS)骨代谢的调节作用。方法:将60例伴有骨代谢异常的AS患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各30例。对照组服用柳氮磺胺吡啶,治疗组在对照组的基础上联合补肾强督方。观察两组患者治疗前后血沉(erythrocyte sedimentation rate,ESR)和C反应蛋白(C reactive protein,CRP)、血清25OHD3、骨转化指标骨钙素(BGP)及骨吸收指标I型胶原交联c末端肽(CTX-I)的变化情况。比较巴氏强直性脊柱炎功能指数(Functional index of ankylosing spondylitis,BASFI)、强直性脊柱炎疾病活动指数(Ankylosing spondylitis disease activity index,BASDAI)评分情况。结果:两组患者治疗后BASFI、BASDAI均较治疗前降低,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05),但两组之间无显著性差异(P0.05)。两组患者治疗后血清25OHD3、BGP、CTX-I水平较治疗前改善,且治疗组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。两组患者治疗后ESR及CRP水平均较治疗前降低,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05),但两组之间无显著性差异(P0.05)。结论:补肾强督方治疗AS,能够改善患者骨代谢和血清25OHD3水平,控制病情进展。

Regulating Effect of Bushen Qiangdu Decoction on Bone Metabolism of Ankylosing Spondylitis

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Bushen Qiangdu Decoction (BSQDD) on regulating bone metabolism of ankylosing spondylitis (AS).Methods:Sixty AS patients with abnormal bone metabolism were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 30 cases in each group.The ones in the control group were treated with sulfasalazine,while the ones in the treatment group were added BSQDD based on the treatment of the control group.Then the two groups' erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR),C reactive protein (CRP),serum 25 OHD3,bone turnover markers osteocalcin (BGP) and bone resorption index of type Ⅰ collagen crosslinking C terminal peptide (CTX-Ⅰ) changes were observed..Functional index of ankylosing spondylitis (BASFI) and ankylosing spondylitis disease activity index (BASDAI) score tables were filled in.Results:After the treatment,the two groups' BASFI and BASDAI were lower than those before the treatment,and the differences were statistically significant P ＜ 0.05,but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05).Serum 25OHD3.BGP and CTX-Ⅰ levels were improved than before the treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).ESR and CRP levels were lower than those before the treatment,the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion:BSQDD can improve the bone metabolism and serum 25 OHD3 level of patients with abnormal bone metabolism,and control the progress of the disease.
