强肾除痹汤联合电针治疗神经根型颈椎病临床研究

目的:观察强肾除痹汤联合电针治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床效果。方法:选取2010年5月—2013年5月本院收治的神经根型颈椎病患者115例,随机分成对照组56例和观察组59例。对照组给予西医对症治疗,观察组给予强肾除痹汤联合电针治疗。结果:对照组有效率75.00%,观察组有效率93.22%,观察组优于对照组(P0.05);观察组治疗后颈肩部疼痛与不适、上肢疼痛与麻木、手指麻木、工作和生活能力、手的功能、椎间孔挤压试验、颈项活动功能、PRI感觉评分、PRI情绪评分、VAS评分、KPS评分均优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:强肾除痹汤联合电针治疗神经根型颈椎病临床疗效显著。

Clinical Research on Nerve-Root Type Cervical Spondylosis Treated with Qiangshen Chubi Decoction Combined with Electroacupunture

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Qiangshen Chubi Decoction combined with electroacupunture on nerve-root type cerical spondylosis.Methods:Totally 115 cases with nerve-root type cerical spondylosis admitted into this hospital between May 2010 and May 2013 were randomized into control group(56 cases) and observation group(59 cases).Control group were given western medicine symptomatic treatment while treatment group were given Qiangshen Chubi Decoction combined with electroacupunture.Results:The effective rate was 75.00％ in control group and 93.22％ in observation group;observation group were superior to control group(P ＜ 0.05).The conditions of pain and discomfort in the neck and shoulder,pain and numbness of the upper limbs,finger numbness,work and life ability,function of the hands,squeezing test of the intervertebral foramen,neck movement function,PRI sensation score,VAS score and KPS score in observation group were superior to those in control group (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion:Qiangshen Chubi Decoction combined with electroacupunture has significant therapeutic effects on nerve-root type cervical spondylosis.
