《伤寒杂病论》“病脉证并治”诊疗思维模式临床应用

目前中医收集病理资料的方式依然是望闻问切,形式上与古人相同,但在具体操作上却相差较大。现代中医过分依赖问诊,主要依靠病人陈述,望闻问切结束方开始分析病情;而古代大医却较重视脉诊,参考问诊,脉诊的过程即是诊断辨证的过程,相比之下,此法对医生的诊断水平要求较高,但诊断的准确性亦较高,张仲景《伤寒杂病论》的"病脉证并治"的诊疗模式当为此诊法之肇端。"脉诊"乃"病脉证治"诊疗模式的核心内容。脉诊是对患者整个身体状态的把握,其作用主要表现在:推测病因,推测治疗经过,推测兼证,推测预后,指导治疗,其中,最关键是治疗作用。由此可见,较目前中医普遍应用的诊疗模式而言,张仲景《伤寒杂病论》中体现的"病脉证并治"诊疗思维模式临床的应用价值更大。

Pulse" is the core.pulse-taking and palpitation can completely grasp the patient's whole body state,and its role is mainly manifested in inferring disease cause,treatment process,accompanying syndromes,prognosis and guiding treatment.Among them,the most critical is the treatment effect.Thus,compared with the current commonly-used TCM treatment mode,the application value of "treatment based on disease and pulse and syndrome together" thinking mode of diagnosis and treatment is much higher.
