改良隔蟾灸对恶性肿瘤骨转移患者骨痛的影响

目的:观察改良隔蟾灸对恶性肿瘤骨转移患者骨痛的影响。方法:选取本院中医科2015年1月—2016年1月收治的恶性肿瘤骨转移骨痛患者60例,随机分成对照组与治疗组,每组30例。治疗组给予改良隔蟾灸联合唑来膦酸治疗,对照组给予盐酸吗啡缓释片联合唑来膦酸治疗。结果:治疗组有效率为83.3%,对照组有效率为80.0%,两组有效率比较,差异无统计意义(P0.05);两组治疗前后VAS评分及VAS加权值比较,无统计学意义(P0.05);治疗组不良反应发生率与对照组比较,有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:改良隔蟾灸联合唑来膦酸对恶性肿瘤骨转移患者骨痛镇痛疗效和吗啡缓释片相当,且不良反应较少,安全性更高。

The Influence of Modified Toad Moxibustion on Bone Pain of Patients with Malignant Tumor Bone Metastasis

Objective:To observe the influence of modified toad moxibustion on bone pain of patients with malignant tumor bone metastasis.Methods:Sixty patients with malignant tumor bone metastasis who were treated in our hospital's TCM department between Jan.2015 and Jan.2016 were chosen as the research subjects,and randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 30 cases in each group.The ones in the treatment group were treated with modified toad moxibustion in combination with zoledronic acid,while the ones in the control group were treated with Morphine Hydrohloride Sustained-release Tablets in combination with zoledronic acid.Resuts:The effective rate of the treatment group was 83.3％,while that of the control group was 80.0％;And the difference between them had no statistical significance (P ＞ 0.05).In terms of VAS score and VAS weighted value,the differences before and after the treatment between the two groups had no statistical significance (P ＞ 0.05).The difference in the incidence of side effects between the two groups had statistical significance (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Modified toad moxibustion combined with zoledronic acid has equal analgesic efficacy to that of Morphine Hydrochloride Sustained-release Tablets with few side effects and higher safety.
