《伤寒论》表里同病辨治

临证辨治单纯表证和里证,由于病情单一,表证辨其中风伤寒温病,里证辨其虚实寒热,运用六经、卫气营血和三焦辨证及脏腑经络辨证等,相形而论,尚易应对。但病人禀赋阴阳不等,体质强弱不同,感邪轻重不一,每有表里同病、虚实兼夹者,病情相对复杂,施治起来有时难免使人有瞻前顾后,顾此失彼之感。张仲景《伤寒论》创立六经辨证体系以辨治外感疾病,其中不乏对杂病的辨治,表里同病的治疗亦属不少,示人以规矩准绳,所出诸方,内蕴治病妙法良意,使人临证有所仿效和借鉴。

Research on Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment of Exterior-Interior Concurrent Disease in Treatise on Cold Damage

In clinical practice,the pure exterior svndrome and interior syndrome are easy to conduct syndrome differentiation and treatment.For exterior syndrome,wind injury cold and warm disease can be differentiated;for interior syndrome,deficiency,excess,cold and heat syndromes can be differentiated with the principles of six meridians,defensive-qi-nutrient-hlood,triple energizer and visceral and meridian syndrome differentiation and treatment.But the patients are difficuh to treat if they have have complicated conditions of different congenital endowment of yin and yang,constitutions,attack of pathogens,exterior-interior concurrent disease,intermingling of degicieney and excess.In Treatise on Cold Damage,Zhang Zhongjing created the system of six meridians syndrome differentiation to differentiate and treat exogenous diseases and also miscellaneous diseases and exteriorinterior concurrent disease,which serves as criteria and provides various formulas with magic therapeutic ideas and methods for the doctors of later generations to imitate and follow.
