苦参水提物对低氧模型小鼠的保护作用

摘    要:目的观察苦参水提物对低氧模型小鼠的保护作用。方法分别采用腹腔注射异丙肾上腺素、亚硝酸钠、小鼠断头和失血性休克等方法制备低氧模型,观察苦参水提物对低氧小鼠耗氧量、存活时间、心脏搏动时间和张口呼吸时间的影响。结果灌胃苦参水提物10和20 g.kg-1能明显延长异丙肾上腺素致心肌耗氧增加小鼠的耐缺氧存活时间,降低耗氧量;能明显延长亚硝酸钠中毒小鼠的存活时间、断头鼠头的张口呼吸时间和失血性休克小鼠的心脏搏动时间。结论苦参水提物对缺氧心肌、缺氧脑组织及组织缺氧模型均有保护作用。
