| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腹主动脉瘤腔内隔绝术的适应证及其并发症的防治。方法采用经股动脉将支架—人造血管复合移植物导入腹主动脉荷瘤的部位后切除腹主动脉瘤。结果3例手术均获成功,无任何并发症发生。结论腔内隔绝术治疗腹主动脉瘤具有简捷、微创、并发症少、术后恢复快等优点,为治疗本病的首选方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the indication and the management of perioperative complications in treatment of abdominal aortic aneurysm(AAA)by using endovascular graft exclusion(EVGE).Methods The stent-artificial vessel compound grafts were introduced to the segment where the aortic aneurysm located through the incision on the common femoral artery.After th e deployment of the stents,the aortic aneurysm was resected.Results The operation was successfully performed,no complication occurred in the perioperative period of3cases.Conclusion EVGE is simple,mini-traumatic,less in complication,and faster in postoperation recovery,thus becomes first choice for the treatment of AAA. |
