更昔洛韦治疗儿童疱疹性口腔炎28例临床观察

目的了解静脉注射更昔洛韦治疗小儿疱疹性口腔炎的临床疗效。方法将我院儿科2006年4月-2007年4月诊断为疱疹性口腔炎56的例患儿随机分为更昔洛韦组和利巴韦林组各28例。更昔洛韦组给予更昔洛韦注射液静滴,利巴韦林组给予利巴韦林静滴,对其临床疗效比较进行统计学分析。结果更昔洛韦组总有效率为92.8%,而利巴韦林组为67.9%,两者相比差异有显著性(p<0.05);更昔洛韦组在发热、疱疹、溃疡消失时间方面与利巴韦林组比较,差异亦有显著性(p<0.05)。结论静脉注射更昔洛韦治疗小儿疱疹性口腔炎有较好的疗效。

Clinical Observation of the Effects of Ganciclovir on Treating Herpetic Stomatitis

Objective To investigate the curative effects of ganciclovir on children herpetic stomatitis through intravenous injection.Methods Fifty six patients diagnosed herpetic stomatitis were randomly divided into a ganciclovir group(n=28) and a ribovirin group(n=28).Ganciclovir through intravenous injection was administrated to the ganciclovir group and ribovirin to the ribovirin group.Compare the clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups using statistics analysis.Results The total effective rate in ganciclovir group is 92.8% and in ribovirin group is 67.9%.The percentage of the total effective rate of ganciclovir group is significantly higher than that of ribovirin group(p<0.05).Furthermore,the disappear time of clinical symptom about fervescence,emphlysis and ulcer in ganciclovir group is significantly higher than that of ribovirin group(p<0.05).Conclusion Ganciclovir through intravenous injection is an effective method in treating children herpetic stomatitis.
