| 摘 要： | 目的 ]了解汕头市人群中H9亚型流感病毒感染的情况及分布。 方法 ]采用微量半加敏血球凝集抑制试验 ,检测一般人群及疑似流感患者血清H 9亚型流感病毒抗体。结果 ]①一般人群中 ,H9亚型流感病毒抗体阳性率为3 3 5 % ,且随年龄增长而增高 ;疑似流感患者抗体阳性率为 44 6% ,两者阳性率差异有显著性 (P <0 0 1)。② 10 2例疑似流感患者双相血清的H9亚型流感病毒抗体中 ,恢复期比急性期抗体呈≥ 4倍增长的 8例 ,占 7 8%。结论 ]汕头市一般人群已受到H9亚型流感病毒的感染 ,疑似流感患者中存在H 9亚型流感病毒感染的散发病例。

| Abstract: | Objective\] To investigate the population infection of avian influenza H9N2 virus in Shantou city \ The antibody of virulent H9 subtype were detected by minim sensitized hemagglutination inhibition test (HI) in common people and suspect case \ The positive rate of virulent H9 was 33 5% in common group and increased with age, and was 44 6% in suspect group (P<0 01) The percentage of 4 times or more increasing of H9 antibody compared with acute stage was 7 8% (8/102) \Conclusion\] The infection of virulent subtype H9 exists in Shantou population and sporadic patients infected by H9 are found in suspect cases |
