| 摘 要： | 目的观察西沙比利治疗早产儿胃肠喂养不耐受疗效及安全性。方法对72例诊断为早产儿喂养不耐受患儿随机分为2组，均采用鼻（或口）饲胃管喂养，治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用西沙比利0．2mg／kg，q8h，于喂奶前30min喂人，疗程5-7d。结果应用西沙比利干预治疗后，每天奶量增加（47±26）ml／kg，胃潴留量减少（3．14±1．39）ml，体重增加（0．59±0．11）kg，与对照组比较，差异有显著性（P〈0．01）。结论应用西沙比利治疗早产儿喂养不耐受疗效确切，且价廉、安全，值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the intolerance and security in treating preterm neonates feeding intolerance with eispride. Methods 72 cases of preterm neonates with feed intolerance were devided into two groups randomly. All were treated with nasal feed. Besides conventional treatment, the patients in treatment group were treated with cisapride 0. 2 mg/kg each time 30 rain before feeding ,5 - 7 d as a course. Results After treatment with eisapride, patients＇ quantity of BF increased by （47±/-ml/kg）, gastric rentention valume reduced by （3.14±1.39）ml, the range of weight gain was （0. 59 ± 0. 11 ）kg, compared with control group, there was significant differenee（P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Cisapride has definite therapeutic effect in treating preterm neonates feeding intolerance, it is cheap and secure and worth popularizing. |
