| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨对高血压脑出血病人依出血部位和血肿量合理地选择手术方式以达规范化外科治疗。方法:按“十五”攻关课题“脑卒中规范化外科治疗技术推广应用研究”中出血性脑卒中的病人入选标准,对52例病人按病情分别采取立体定向血肿抽吸+血凝块溶解28例,微创显微神经外科(小骨窗)手术治疗7例,传统骨瓣开颅血肿清除17例。结果:痊愈25例,轻残13例,重残4例,植物生存2例,死亡8例。结论:对出血性脑卒中患者采取规范化的外科手术治疗能够减少其病死率和病残率。

| Abstract: | Objective Investigate how to realize the standardization with reasonable choice of different surgical treatment according to position and volume of hematoma in hypertensive intracerebral hematoma(ICH). Methods In a total of 52 patients , according to the task "standardized sugical treatment of stroke",28 cases were operated with stereotatic hematoma evacuation added with urokinase infused,7 cases were operated with microinvasive neurosurgery,17 cases were operated with conventional craniotomy. Results Among the 52 patients, CR 25 cases,MD 13 cases,SD 4 cases,PV 2cases,SD 8cases. Conclusion The standardized surgical treatment of ICH can decreased mortality and deformed rate. |
