| 摘 要： | 目的探讨口服Ⅱ型胶原蛋白(typeⅡcollagen,CⅡ)诱导免疫耐受抑制佐剂性关节炎(adjuvantarthritis,AA)的过程中,外周淋巴器官中干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)水平的影响。方法采用免疫组化PowerVi-sionTM(PV)二步法测定对口服和未口服CⅡ的AA大鼠的外周淋巴器官中IFN-γ水平。结果口服CⅡ诱导免疫耐受的AA大鼠的IFN-γ表达低于未口服CⅡ的大鼠。结论CⅡ能使AA大鼠外周淋巴器官中IFN-γ水平降低,CⅡ可通过纠正Th1和Th2细胞功能失衡治疗佐剂性关节炎。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the espression of IFN-γ in peripheral lymphoid tissue by oral administration of type Ⅱcollagen(CⅡ)on adjuvant arthritis(AA).Methods PowerVisionTM(PV) immunohistochemistry was used to study the expression of IFN-γ in peripheral lymphoid tissue in oral of AA rats.Results The expression of IFN-γ was remarkably decreased in CⅡ orally tolerized rats compared with the AA ones.Conclusion The standard of IFN-γ in serum can be decreased by oral administration of CⅡ,CⅡ can treat AA rats by retrieving the unblance of Th1 and Th2 cells. |
