| 摘 要： | 对４７例食管癌患者进行手术前后血清ｓＩＬ２Ｒ和ＩｇＥ的检测。结果表明：ｓＩＬ２Ｒ和ＩｇＥ水平显著高于正常人，且随肿瘤分期增加而增高。手术治疗３个月后，ｓＩＬ２Ｒ和ＩｇＥ均有明显下降，但有转移的患者降低不明显。ｓＩＬ２Ｒ和ＩｇＥ在食管癌病人中呈正相关，提示血清ｓＩＬ２Ｒ和ＩｇＥ可做为食管癌患者免疫功能的监测指标之一，同时，对疾病的临床分期、疗效和预后的判断也有一定的帮助

Detection and Significance on Levels of sIL 2R and IgE in Patients with Esophageal Carcinoma Before and After Operation |

| Abstract: | The serum levels of sIL 2R and IgE in 47 patients with esophageal carcinoma were determined.The results showed that serum levels of sIL 2R and IgE in patients were significantly higher than those of healthy controls,and correlated with TNM stage of the disease.Forthermore,sIL 2R and IgE levels were markedly decreased three months after operation (P<0.01),but there were not much changes in metastatic patients (P>0.05).In addition,the serum sIL 2R level correlated with the level of IgE.The results suggest that serum sIL 2R and IgE may reflect the status of anti tumor immunity and prognosis of patients with esophageal carcinoma. |
