气质特点与儿童感觉统合能力的关系

目的 :研究气质特点与儿童感觉统合能力之间的关系。方法 :总结了近二年来我院接受感觉统合治疗 ,并有完整感觉统合评定与气质评定配对的 71例儿童资料 ,其中男孩 5 7例 ,女孩 14例 ,平均年龄为 9 5岁 (4 -12岁 )。结果 :难于抚养型与发动缓慢型气质儿童感觉统合重度失调比例较易于抚养型气质儿童明显增高。难于抚养型气质儿童感觉统合功能以前庭失衡、身体运动协调性差为主 ,得分 2 8 91± 12 5 1及2 7 43± 14 5 3 ,易于抚养型气质儿童是以前庭失衡表现为重 ,得分 2 7 70± 12 47,而发动缓慢型气质儿童则主要以触觉防御及情绪障碍为主要表现 ,得分 2 3 68± 11 3 3。经治疗 ,难养型气质儿童本体感及身体协调性有所改善 ,分值前后比较差异有显著性 (t =2 4,P <0 0 5 ) ,发动缓慢型气质儿童触觉防御及情绪改善极为明显 (t=3 4,P <0 0 1) ;易养型气质儿童前庭失衡改善也非常显著 (t=3 6,P <0 0 1)。

Objective:To study the relation between temperament and ab il ity of sensory integration in children Method:71 children parti c ipating sensory integration training were collected, including 57 boys and 14 gi rls, their average age was 9 5 years The research instruments included Sensor y Integration Scale (for parents) and Child Temperament Inventory Results : In our sample, there were more hard-to-foster children than easy-to-fost er children in the subgroup of severe sensory disintegration Hard-to-foster ch i ldren manifested as imbalance of vestibule and disharmony of body action; easy-t o-foster children mainly manifested as imbalance of vestibule; while children of slow-to-start-up mainly as touch defense and emotional disorder After trainin g , all above deficits improved in corresponding subgroups Conclusion:Sensory disintegration has some relation to temperament of children with AD HD
