摘    要:目的优选栀子药材的提取工艺。方法采用高效液相色谱-离子阱质谱法,以干膏量和栀子苷含量为评价指标,综合比较水提法、醇提法、超声提取法的提取效果后,应用正交试验优化水提工艺。结果最佳提取方法为水提法,最佳提取条件为药材加8倍量水,浸泡0.5h,提取3次,每次2.0h。结论优化工艺简便可行、稳定性好。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the extraction process of gardenia.Methods Compared with water extraction,alcohol extraction and supersonic extraction,the orthogonal design method was employed to optimize the water extraction procedure with the content of jasminoidin as evaluating index,which was measured by high performance liquid chromatography- electrospary ionization- trap mass (HPLC-ESI-MSn) in different samples.Results The water extraction was the most optimum.The best extracting conditions were as follows:8 fold water,dipping for 0.5 h,extracting for 3 times and each time for 2.0 h.Conclusion This technique is simple,feasible and stable.
