| Abstract: | The department of Radiation oncology in our hospital overcame the difficulty and made a further development by reforming personal system and distribution system.This paper discussed the reform course and pointed out that we must develop the medical undertakings of our courtry by recommending in competition system and beginning all kinds of reform. |
