辽宁省大伙房输水工程对肺吸虫病区影响的研究

摘    要:目的 大伙房输水工程为辽宁大型水利项目 ,跨流域引水。为防止肺吸虫病疫区扩大 ,对工程涉及区进行肺吸虫病状况调查 ,以便提出控制措施。 方法 对输水工程涉及的水源区和受水区的人群感染情况 ,中间宿主、保虫宿主情况 ,中间宿主孳生地情况进行调查研究。 结果 水源区无现患病人 ,人群皮试阳性率 1.9% ,多数河流未发现肺吸虫第一、第二中间宿主 ,保虫宿主犬无感染 ,河流生境适合中间宿主孳生。受水区为非流行区。 结论 水源区人间肺吸虫病流行趋于终止 ,保虫宿主无感染 ,说明疫源地在弱化。个别河流中有肺吸虫第一、第二中间宿主存在 ,中间宿主孳生地存在。为防止肺吸虫病疫源地扩大 ,设防防螺是引水工程的必要措施。

Abstract:Objective The diverting water engineering of DaHuoFang is large item for diverting water in Liaoning. It is engineering to lead water from one river region to another. In order to control endemic area expanded and provide control measures, the paragonimiasis was investigated in the regions concerned. Methods The infection situation of population, intermediate host, reservoir host and breed place of intermediate host were investigated in concerned regions. Results In source region, there were no patients, skin test positive rate of population was 1.9%. First and second intermediate host was not found in most river. Reservoir host was not infected. River bed structure was adapted to reproduce of intermediate host. The region of reception water was not endemic area of paragonimiasis. Conclusion In the source region, prevalent of paragonimiasis tend to end. There is not reservoir host infected, endemic area is getting weak. There are breeding place for intermediate host, and first and second intermediate host of paragonimus in some river. To prevent extension of endemic area of paragonimiasis, it is necessary measures to control shift of Semisulcospira liberitina for diverting water engineering.
