三通道动态心电图对无症状性心肌缺血心率变异的检测价值

目的 :探讨三通道动态心电图对无症状性心肌缺血心率变异的检测价值。方法 :69例冠心病患者在日常生活状态下进行 2 4h三通道动态心电图监测 ,并详细记录日常活动和相关症状。结果 :冠心病患者既存在着无症状心肌缺血与心绞痛 ,无症状心肌缺血与心绞痛均可引起心率变异性多个参数均低于正常对照组 ,无症状心肌缺血发作比较频繁 ,持续时间较长。结论 :三通道动态心电图是检测无症状心肌缺血心率变异性的有效方法 ,冠心病患者既存在着无症状心肌缺血与心绞痛 ;无症状心肌缺血与心绞痛均可引起心率变异性多个参数减低 ,因无症状心肌缺血发作比较频繁 ,持续时间较长 ;且无症状心肌缺血无临床症状易被临床忽视 ,提示无症状心肌缺血更易引起心血管事件的发生 ,应引起临床的重视

Measuring value of 3-channel ambulatory cardiograph to silent myocardial ischemia

Objective: Analysis of heart rate variability(HRV),which is a noninvasive way of measuring activity of autonomic nerves,as the quantitative index of evaluation impairmlent of cardial autonomic nerves with coronary anery disease (CAD ) ,is more and more paid attentioned.Objective To study measueing value of 3 channel ambulatory cardiograph to HRV in silent myocardial ischemia(SMI).Methods: 69CAD patients undervwent 24 hours of Holter monitoring during unrestricted daily life and were asked to keep a detailed diary of their activities and symptoms. Ambulatory 24 hours ST-segment monitoring was performed with a 3 channel ambulatory cardiograph(Marquette serises8500) and were measured with HRV in the same time.Results: Both SMI and angina pectoris(AP) resulted in decreasing of indexes of HRV.Conclusion: 3 channel ambulatory cardiograph is a effective way to detect HRV. There are SMI and AP in CAD. SMI which is more tendency to develop cardiovascular events in the future ,should be attached importance in clinic.
