摘    要:目的研究酒曲对虎杖中白藜芦醇的酶解提取效果的影响。方法采用单因素实验及正交试验进行优选,考察酶解温度、酶解时间、酒曲用量等因素的影响,优化提取条件;采用HPLC法测定提取液中白藜芦醇含量,计算提取率,比较提取效果。结果虎杖通过酒曲酶解后,能提高白藜芦醇的提取率。结论较优工艺为酒曲用量0.5%,40℃酶解3h。该工艺对比直接提取法提取率提高近2倍,且重现性好,适宜工业化生产。

Abstract:Objective To determine the effect of yeast on extracting resveratrol from Polygonurn cuspidatum. Methods The optimum extraction process was selected with single-factor test and orthogonal test, and the factors of enzymolysis temperature, time and yeast dosage were considered. Resveratrol in the extract was determined by HPLC, and the effect by extraction yield was compared. Results The enzymolysis method could increase the extraction rate of resveratrol from Polygonum cuspidatum. Condusion The optimum extraction process is using yeast dosage 0. 5 % at 40℃ for 3 hours,The technology can improve the rate twice and is suitable for mass production.
