特异型癫痫EEG的临床价值

目的 :探讨特异型癫痫患者的 EEG改变及 EEG在诊断特异型癫痫中的临床价值。方法 :EEG检查常规做过度换气、睁闭眼等诱发试验。结果 :2 8例患者中 ,男性 14例 ,女性 14例 ,EEG全部为异常。结论 :本病的共同特点均为发作性 ,发作时间短 ,发作时无意识障碍 ,无规律性 ,间歇期如常人 ,无智力影响 ,无明显的病因及后遗症

Clinical Value of EEG for Specific Type of Epilepsy

Objective To study the EEG changes of specific types of epilepsy patients and EEG clinical value in the diagnosis of the disease. Methods Chanllenge tests such as overventilation and eye-opening-and-closing test were performed during EEG routine examinations. Results All the EEG results of the 28 patients (14 males, 14 females) were abnormal. Conclusion This disease is commonly characterized by experience of previous episodes but for short time each, no conscious disturbance at the onset, no regularity, behaving as well as a healthy person at the intervals between attacks, no intellectual influence, no evidental etiological factors, and no sequela.
