胃癌及癌旁组织中HPV16感染与p21基因失活的相关研究

目的 探讨胃癌及癌旁组织中HPV16的感染及p21基因突变是否存在协同致癌作用及其与胃癌患者预后的关系。方法 采用多聚酶链反应技术检测46例胃癌及癌旁组织标本中HPV16型感染，并采用免疫组织化学链霉菌抗生物素蛋白－过氧化酶连接法对胃癌p21基因突变进行检测。结果 HPV16阳性率为41．30％（19／46）,p21阳性表达为52．17％（24／46）。随访表明46例有21例出现复发或远处转移，其中HPV16阳性者复发率为73．68％（14／19），p21基因阳性表达者复发率为66．60％（16／24）。结论 HPV16感染可能是胃癌发生的病因之一，而p21基因失活具有协同致癌作用，亦可作为判断胃癌预后的指标之一。

The correlative study on infection of humam papilloma virus 16 and p21 genemutation in gastric cancer

Objective To explore whether there is a synergistic carcinogensis between the infection of (HPV) and the p21 gene mutat ion in gastric cancer and para-cancerous tissues and their relations with progn osis of the patients with gastric cancer.Methods The infection of HPV16 was detected by using PC R and the p21 gene mutation measured by using immunohistochemical method in the samples of gastric cancer and the para-cancerous tissues from 46 patients with gastric cancer. Results The positive rate of HPV16 was 41.30 % and the g ene mutation rate of p21 was 52.17 %. The recurrence or remote metastasis was ob served in 21 of 46 patients. The recurrence rate was 73.68 % in the patients pos itive for HPV16 and 66.60% in those positive for p21 gene mutation.Conclusion The infection of HPV16 might be one of the causes of gastric cancer genesis and there is syne rgistic carcinogensis in the infection of HPV16 and the p21gene mutation. Both o f them could used as an indicator for evaluating the prognosis of gastric cancer .
