食管鳞癌组织中P-selectin的表达与淋巴结转移的关系

摘    要:目的 探讨P selectin在食管鳞癌中的表达水平及其与食管癌病理分级和淋巴结转移的关系。方法 应用原位杂交及免疫组化SP技术研究了P selectinmRNA及蛋白在有转移的和无转移的食管鳞癌中的表达。结果 癌组织中P selectinmRNA及蛋白的阳性率在有转移的食管鳞癌中的表达分别为 76.2 % ( 16/2 1)和 85 .7% ( 18/2 1) ,在无转移的食管鳞癌中的表达分别为 48.5 % ( 16/3 3 )和5 4.5 % ( 18/3 3 )。它们的表达与浸润深度和淋巴结转移呈正相关 (P <0 .0 5 )。P selectinmRNA与P selectin蛋白的表达呈明显负相关(r =0 .0 0 5 )。结论 P selectin与食管癌浸润深度和淋巴结转移关系密切

The Relationship Between the Expression of P-selectin in Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma Tissues and Lymph Node Metastasis
Abstract:Objective To investigate the relation of expression of P-selectin and histological grading and lymph node metastasis in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.Methods The expression of mRNA and protein of P-selectin in 21 esophageal carcinoma patients who were with lymph node metastasis and in 33 esophageal carcinoma patients who were not with lymph node metastasis were detected with in situs hybridation and immunohistochemistry SP method. Results The positive rates of mRNA and protein of P-selectin in esophageal carcinoma with lymph node metastasis were 76.2% and 85.7%,yet they were 48.5% and 54.5% in patients without lymph node metastasis. They were positively related to infiltration depth and lymph node metastasis (P<0.05).The expression of P-selectin mRNA had a negative correlation with expression of P-selectin protein (r= 0.005). Conclusion The results suggested that P-selectin expression levels should be intimately correlated with infiltration depth and lymph node metastasis in esophageal carcinoma.
