解剖牙合型总义齿人工牙几何特征的测量与分析

目的：测量解剖殆型全口义齿人工牙近远中径、颊舌径、牙尖高度、中央窝深度、牙尖平衡斜面斜度，用于全口义齿的计算机辅助设计排牙与平衡殆分析。方法：使用光学多自由度扫描仪扫描得到解剖殆型全口义齿28颗人工牙数据，经逆向工程软件数据筛减并三维建模，坐标转换建立基于人工牙解剖概念如牙长轴、近远中向、颊舌向、殆平面的局部坐标系。在人工牙局部坐标系下进行人工牙近远中径、颊舌径、牙尖高度、中央窝深度、牙尖平衡斜面斜度的测量。结果：得到28颗人工牙的颊舌径、近远中径、牙尖高度、中央窝深度、牙尖平衡斜面斜度的数据。结论：基于人工牙局部坐标系进行人工牙解剖特征的测量方法简便可行。传统解剖聒型总义齿人工牙凸面的牙尖平衡斜面形态是形成稳定顺畅的咀嚼过程的不利因素。
