桂枝茯苓丸抗肿瘤作用的实验研究

目的：为临床应用桂枝茯苓丸治疗肿瘤提供理论依据。方法：本文从桂枝茯苓丸对荷瘤小鼠的抑瘤率、生命延长率方面，测定了桂枝茯苓丸对荷瘤小鼠机体肿瘤细胞和生存状态的影响。结果：桂枝茯苓丸有抑制肿瘤生长的作用。抑制率达22．84％。桂枝茯苓丸能延长荷瘤小鼠生存期，生命延长率为42．3％。结论：GFW能延长荷瘤小鼠生存期，并具有抑制肿瘤生长作用。

STUDY ON ANTI-TU MOR FUNCTION OF GFW

Objective: Provide the basis of theory GFW treat tumor for clinical appcication . Methods:This paper defermines GFW's influence on the tumor bearing mice's tumor cells and exist conditior from GFW's influence on the rate 0f suppressing and the rate of life prolonging aspeds of the tumor bearing mice. Results: GFW contain the function that repress the tumor growing. The repessing rate amounts to 22.84% . The GFW can prolong the enist period of tumor besring mice, the rate of life extension is 42.3%. Conclusion:GFW can extent the enist period of the tumor bearing mice and can repress the tumor growing.
