吸入糖皮质激素对首次发作喘息患儿的疗效观察及安全性评价

目的通过随访首次发作喘息患儿吸入糖皮质激素后喘息发作次数及测量吸入前后血清钙、磷及身高、体重的指标变化,观察吸入糖皮质激素对首次发作喘息患儿的疗效及安全性,为临床干预婴幼儿喘息发展为哮喘寻找途径。方法38例符合入选标准的首次发作喘息患儿首诊时取静脉血测血清钙、磷数值及测量身高、体重,并随机分为A、B二组,每组19例,B组给予常规治疗,A组在常规治疗的基础上,予以必可酮气雾剂吸入3个月。结果比较各组患儿实验的3个月内喘息发作≥3次的比率,A组明显低于B组（P〈0.05）。比较A、B组治疗前后血钙、磷及身高、体重的指标变化,差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论首次发作喘息的患儿吸入糖皮质激素能减少反复喘息发作的次数,且不影响婴幼儿的生长发育,对预防哮喘的发生、发展有积极作用。

CLINICAL EFFICACY AND SAFE EVALUATION OF CHILDREN PATIENTS WITH ASTHMA EPISODE

Objective To investigate the asthmatic outbreak numbers and the values of blood serum calcium, phosphorus, body height and body weight, to observe the inspirated glucocorticoid for the first time on the respite trouble curative effect and the security, and to seek ways for the clinical intervention of babies and infants with asthma. Methods 38 cases were totally selected form the first time outbreak cases with respite trouble, which were divided into two groups, A and B. Each group had 19 cases, cases in A group were given conventional treatment, B group were given the conventional treatment combined alkone aerosol inspiration for 3 months. Results The occurrence ratio of respite asthma above 3 times was compared with each group, which in A group was lower than that in B group significantly （P 〈0.05）. The blood calcium, phosphorus, body height and body weight were changed, there were no significance between the groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The inspirated glucocorticoid could be able for the first time to reduce pants for breath repeatedly, the outbreak numbers, also does not affect babies and infants＇ growth, to prevents the occurrence of asthma and the development, which would has the positive role.
