乳腺良、恶性肿瘤的高频超声诊断及误诊分析

摘    要:目的 分析乳腺良恶性肿瘤的高频声像图特点及超声误诊原因。方法 对70例经手术病理证实的乳腺肿瘤患者的声像图表现及术后病理结果进行对比分析,并分析了超声误诊原因。结果 70例肿瘤中良性24例。恶性46例,肿块检出率100%,良恶性肿瘤诊断符合率分别为91.7%(22/24)和91.3%(42/46)。结论 高频声像图上乳腺良恶性肿瘤表现有一定差异,高频超声是鉴别乳腺良恶性肿瘤的价值的方法之一。

Abstract:Objective To analyse the high frequency sonographic features of breast benign and malignant tumor and the cause of misdiagnosis of ultrasound.Methods We retrospectively studied the high frequency sonographic features of 70 patients with breast tumorconfirmed operatively or pathologically,and compared it to the results of pathology.We also analysed the cause of misdiagnosis of ultrasound.Results Among the 70 cases,24 were benign and 46 malignant.The detected rate of tumor was 100% while the coincident rates of diagnosis for benign and malignant tumor were 91.7% (22/24) and 91.3% (42/46),respectively.Conclusions On ultrasonogram,benign and malignant breast tumor have some different features.High frequency sonography is a useful means in differentiation of benign an malignant breast
