地氯雷他定联合苦参素葡萄糖注射液治疗人工荨麻疹的疗效观察

目的探讨地氯雷他定联合苦参素葡萄糖注射液治疗人工荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法将67例人工荨麻疹患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,两组均口服地氯雷他定5mg,1次/d,治疗组联合苦参素葡萄糖注射液0.6g,1次/d。结果治疗组有效率为85.71%,复发率为6.67%;对照组分别为46.88%和46.67%。两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论地氯雷他定联合苦参素葡萄糖注射液治疗人工荨麻疹较单用地氯雷他定疗效显著,复发率低。

Clinical Observation of Desloratadine Combined with Oxymatrine Glucose Injection in Treatment of Dermatographism

Objective To study the efficacy of desloratadine combined with oxymatrine glucose injection in treatment of dermatographism. Methods Sixty seven patients clinically diagnosed as dermatographism were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Patients in the treatment group and control group were given desloratadine 5mg once daily for 4 weeks,at the same time,the patients in the treatment group were given oxymatrine glucose injection 0.6g once dalily. Results At the end of treament,the effective rate and the recurrence rate of the treatment group were 85.71% and 6.67% respectively and the control group response rates were 46.88% and 46.67%. There was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Desloratadine combined with oxymatrine glucose injection is more effective than desloratadine alone in treatment of dermatographism,and with the low recurrence rate,so the former seemed to deserve more clinical application and promotion.
